Terms and Conditions By using Hyzr Transportations and Services Private Limited, you agree to these terms and conditions Services: We provide ride-hailing and parcel delivery. User Responsibilities: You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Fees: Payments are processed through our platform, and fees apply as per our pricing model. Cancellations: Cancellation fees may apply. Refunds follow our policy. Liability: We are not liable for damages during services. Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. HYZR Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all users of the HYZR platform, including customers, ride-hailing drivers, and delivery partners. By using the HYZR App or services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

SECTION A: Customer Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

HYZR provides:

  • Ride-hailing for personal transportation

  • Parcel pickup and delivery services

HYZR acts as a platform connecting users with freelance drivers and delivery partners.

2. Account Registration

  • A valid mobile number is required for registration.

  • You are responsible for any activity on your account.

3. Booking & Usage

  • Enter accurate pickup/drop details.

  • Avoid fake or abusive bookings.

  • Be present at the pickup location on time.

4. Payments & Fares

  • Fares are shown before booking.

  • Pay using UPI, cards, wallet, or COD (if available).

  • Prices may change based on time, distance, traffic, etc.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • For COD, full cash must be paid to the delivery partner.

  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are allowed within a time window; late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7 working days.

7. Parcel Responsibility

  • Users must ensure proper packaging.

  • HYZR is not liable for parcel damage or loss unless covered by insurance.

  • High-value parcels must be declared.

8. Prohibited Items

Users must not send:

  • Explosives, weapons, flammables

  • Drugs, stolen goods, live animals, or hazardous materials

9. Conduct

  • Treat drivers and partners respectfully.

  • Misconduct will lead to account termination.

10. Offers & Referrals

  • Offers cannot be misused or combined.

  • HYZR may modify or cancel offers at any time.

  • Fake referrals/accounts will result in removal from the platform.

11. Privacy & Data

  • User data is collected and used as per the [Privacy Policy].

  • Includes trip history, contact details, and location.

12. Termination

  • HYZR may suspend or delete accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of terms.

  • You may deactivate your account anytime.

13. Governing Law

Disputes will be handled under Indian law in courts of Kochi, Kerala.

SECTION B: Ride-Hailing Driver Terms

1. Independent Role

  • Drivers are independent service providers, not HYZR employees.

  • No fixed salary, PF, or employment benefits apply.

2. Eligibility

  • You must hold a valid license, insurance, and vehicle documents.

3. Service Conduct

  • Drive safely, follow all traffic laws.

  • Keep the vehicle clean and behave professionally with customers.

4. Earnings & Payouts

  • Fare per trip is shown in the app.

  • 5% GST is collected by HYZR from the customer and paid to the government.

  • Payouts are made weekly to the registered bank account.

5. Violations

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Fake or manipulated bookings

  • Harassment or abuse

  • Misuse of the app or vehicle

6. Liability

  • You are responsible for vehicle expenses, fuel, maintenance, and fines.

  • HYZR is not liable for your personal injuries or damages.

7. Support & Disputes

  • Use the app’s emergency support if needed.

  • Legal disputes will be handled in Kochi, Kerala.

SECTION C: Delivery Partner Terms

1. Independent Contractor

  • You are not an employee of HYZR.

  • This is a freelance, contract-based role.

2. Responsibilities

  • Pickup and deliver assigned goods on time.

  • Follow traffic laws and ensure item safety.

  • Settle COD cash within 24 hours using the HYZR App.

3. Payments

  • Weekly payouts based on your plan.

  • Bonuses apply for extra deliveries.

  • Deductions may apply for damages or pending dues.

4. Fraud or Misuse

Strict action will be taken for:

  • Fake/self-created orders

  • Delayed COD payments

  • App or identity misuse

5. Termination

  • You may leave anytime by informing HYZR.

  • HYZR may suspend or terminate for violations or misconduct.

6. Legal Liability

  • You are responsible for traffic fines, accidents, or third-party issues.

  • HYZR holds no liability for personal injuries or vehicle damages.

7. Confidentiality

  • Do not share customer or company information with others.

8. Governing Law

Legal matters will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kochi, Kerala.
